Moong Dal Soup
1/2 cup moong dal (sprouted preferred)
1 tsp ghee
1 tbsp tamarind paste, 4 clove garlic, 1/4 cup Methi keerai chopped
1/2 tsp jeera, salt
Steam dal with Methi keerai in 3 cups of water.
Add tamarind paste and blend in a mixie.
Add salt to taste.
Heat ghee in a saucepan, put jeera and when it splutters add garlic.
Pour it over the Dal and simmer for 5 minutes
