எழுதுவது — இவை என்னுடைய ஆர்வங்களில் சில.

dear respected sir,
being a aged around 71 , i forced to do the cooking my self and my grand son aged seven who happened to be along with me due to personnal reasons. ( this is personnal letter ) not to be published in the net). daily i am struggling to prepare the meals and tiffin for him. luckily i happened to see your receipe from sampoorna vilas , i am not feeling hardship of cooking. yours receipe easy and easily under stand the names of the ingrediencies easily . i don’t know how to thank you. regarding mahali kizhangu ooru gai , my suggestion let the mix to be in lemon juice for soaking and also add some more green chilly.
after curing it (mix should kept in tight bottle or jadi
whenever we required we can take required qty mix with curd . for that we need not add salt furthe . this method we can preserve the mix soome years . the mix get loose the colour not on taste .
except the personnal matter you can use my letter.as your wish
